    Your committee on education moves to amend the title of the bill, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5B-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to dropout prevention and recovery innovation zone grants for truancy probation; providing eligibility and purpose of grant; exempting applications from other requirements of section; providing for coordination of deadlines and approvals; and requiring prorata reduction of awards if funds insufficient.”
